I am currently working as a recruitment, training and organizational development specialist for a local company. With this, I have experience in administering interviews, creating job offerings, writing assessments based on applicants' skills and competencies, conducting training needs assessment and research on training service providers, composing powerpoint presentations and more.
I have also worked part-time for a neuro-psychological testing center which required me to administer and evaluate various psychological tests.
In college, our group was awarded third place for best psychological thesis of the year 2010. Our thesis required us to conduct focus group discussions (FGDs) which we transcribed verbatim.
