BS Business Administration with a major in Human Resource. Throughout my academic journey, I developed a strong understanding of business principles and gained specialized knowledge in the field of human resources.
Before joining the e-commerce industry, I had the privilege of working as a sales consultant at Wilcon Depot for nearly four years. This experience honed my interpersonal and communication skills, as I interacted with diverse customers on a daily basis. I developed a deep understanding of sales techniques and strategies, allowing me to effectively identify and fulfill customer needs.
Currently, I am working as an E-commerce staff member, where I play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing online platforms, coordinating digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth customer experiences. I thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and I enjoy leveraging technology to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
