Profile Description

I previously worked as Team Leader of US Account with Intelligent Profile. I handled 10 to 15 Researcher, who does the calling for the US companies. I
coached Researcher on calling script, rebuttals, and online research technique. I personally upload contacts on research engine, create organizational chart and email blast. Along side with this tasks, I also do some quality checking of Researchers file, distribute assigned companies and consolidations of files. Being part of the management, I was assigned to make sure that the metrics and procedures are met in a timely manner. I handled my own files to help my team to reach our weekly, monthly and quarterly goals. I directly reports to the Vice President of Research and Operations. I believed that I can be an asset to the company with regards to my work experiences and attitude. I'm a very focused, self motivated, fast learner and a team player person. I love to succeed and be part of a growing company.
