I used to work for Convergys Corp with the
Sprint Account.
Sprint is one of the leading telecommunication service providers in the US, we were called as "hybrid representatives" for the reason that we were not mainly limited to giving general info about the product instead we went an extra mile by providing technical support, selling extra phone services and mobile devices, and analyzing and correcting errors on bills and payments.
Communication wise, the training and experience has improved my fluency in English yet enhanced the practice of therapeutic communication. I am computer literate with basic ablities in Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint, and video editing yet with advanced skills in Photoshop. Making radio commercials and other audio productions for various affairs was one of my part-time job back in college.
