I am a Mass Communication student so writing plays a crucial part in my chosen field. I am fluent in English, both oral and written communication. I can be very versatile with my writing depending on the given topics as required by the client.
I have worked in contact center industries for more than a year where I was assigned in travel accounts which includes domestic and international flight reservations.
I have also been assigned in Communications Department where tasks include responding to correspondence from the public and answering customer queries thru e-mail.
I can also take multiple instructions and perform tasks with speed and accuracy.
