I managed my own Facebook page to sell metal shelves for 6 months. I used Facebook ads to boost my page's visibility on the market, and I also did content creation to secure the customers attention. I also worked as a part-time Social Media Manager for a month, I used Canva to provide Graphic designs to publish on the client's Facebook Page. I used Facebook boosting to make the Facebook page and its product known to the public. I also did content creation and tracked it using a content calendar.

I worked as a Customer Service Chat Specialist. I am a part of the communication team responsible for relaying customer concerns to the operations team and then working together to resolve those concerns. Also responsible for setting up client-account manager meetings.

I reach out to the customer, and show them our available items. Communicating with the customers to cater their preferred metal shelves.
