Accounting Associate - Bookkeeper 

1. Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders 2. Preparing budget forecasts 3. Processing tax payments and returns. 4. Payroll. 5. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. 6. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. 7. Ensure timely bank payments. 8. Audit financial transactions and documents. 9. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

1. Raising invoices and sending them to customers or suppliers 2. Recording payments and posting them to customer accounts 3. Monitoring overdue invoices, chasing them up and escalating late payments to superiors if necessary 4. Issuing credit notes and processing refunds 5. Uploading bank files into the company’s accounting system

1. Track outgoing payments. 2. Monitor company expenditures (including payroll). 3. Maintain records. 4. Verify expense reports. 5. Maintain petty cash. 6. Review vendor and service provider agreements. 7. Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure discounts. 8. Pay vendors and service providers. 9. Reconcile statements and payment records. 10. Ensure payment credits are applied correctly. 11. Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payments.

1.Record Day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process. 2. Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier's ledger, customer ledger and general ledger. 3. Bring the books to the trial balance stage. 4. Perform partial checks of the posting process. 5. Complete tax forms. 6. Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements. 7. Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.
