Customer Service Representative/Sales/Business Development

As a sales support professional with experience in acquisition, account management and business development, I developed a strong understanding of sales processes as it is critical to effectively support the sales team in achieving goals. Additionally, experience with CRM systems and other sales tool have been essential to me in managing customer data and tracking progress towards my sales targets. I have also an experience in account management and possess excellent communication skills , both verbal and written , as part of my interaction with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
