When i was with ATT they groomed my skills for technical support for (DSL) internet, we support connection issues, first time installment and also email issues, and i was promoted to tier2 support and we supported wireless connection issues and we helped those customers who wants to set up wireless connection within their premises.
And i do have a little experience in up-selling because when i was with Ambergris solutions i was with their Dell account, and what we do is to sell computers and up-sell computer parts to our customers.
