Im an Automation Specialist who builds AI-powered workflows in n8n and Zapier that take manual busywork off a business's plate — from lead capture to CRM updates to full content pipelines.
Recent builds include:

Lead Enrichment, Scoring & Routing Pipeline — captures form submissions, blocks spam and duplicate entries, enriches company data via Apollo and Explorium, uses an AI agent to score and grade each lead, routes qualified leads to the right sales rep in Airtable, syncs everything to HubSpot, and triggers automated Slack alerts and follow-up emails.
Voice-to-Social-Media Pipeline — turns a voice recording into a ready-to-publish post: transcribes the audio (with automatic fallback between providers if one fails), drafts the caption and image prompt with AI, generates the image, sends it to the client for approval by email, then publishes to Facebook and Instagram automatically.

I work comfortably with HubSpot, Airtable, Google Workspace, and multiple AI/LLM providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Groq), and I design workflows with proper error handling and fallback logic so a single failed API call doesn't take down the whole process.
