Profile Description

I was an active student leader in college. I have attended trainings and seminars which further improved my leadership and communication skills which are essential in interacting with different kinds of people. I have worked as a customer service representative in a call center. Our primary task as agents is to assure satisfaction by being attentive to customers' needs. I was also employed as an executive assistant in a construction firm, where I utilized my multitasking skills in the office through filing purchase orders, writing letters to suppliers and government agencies, and processing of bid documents. I was also an ESL (English as Second Language) tutor for Koreans. As ESL tutors, we teach our students the proper use of the English language in writing and and in speaking activities. Currently, I am a freelance graphic artist. I do layouts for invitations, event tickets, certificates, greeting cards, and tarpaulins.
As for my writing skills, I keep a blog in blogger.com(blogspot) which I update regularly. I also used to write and do page layouts for my school paper. I am adept in MS Word and Excel. I also know some tricks in photoshop, which I use in designing. I also do online research.
Flexibility, adaptability and being a fast-learner are the qualities that I can be proud of. If granted, I assure you that your company will not be disappointed. I may say that I am committed to my work. I’m always in it even for a long haul.
