Most of my work revolves around quantity takeoffs, material takeoffs, construction estimations, project management, planning/engineering drawings and preparing clean, organized estimate sheets for residential and commercial projects. I regularly work with Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, and Excel to measure areas, check specifications, and pull together the numbers contractors need for bids.

Trained in combining CSI ETABS and RCDC for comprehensive structural analysis and design. Proficient in modeling and analyzing building structures in ETABS and seamlessly transferring results to RCDC for efficient design and detailing of structural elements such as beams, columns, and footings—ensuring both accuracy and code compliance.

Experienced in Microsoft PowerPoint, with experience designing and presenting professional slide decks to both company teams and clients.
