i have been a customer service representative for a television manufacturer. Aside from being a customer representative, i am also one of the representative on the technical department. On the job i had with the company, i dont just communicate with customers over the phone but also document each and every concerns customer has for the product. And with the job experience, i learned and develop my communication skill and as well broaden up my open mindedness with the most of the things- and with this i asm confident that i can be competent in writing articles.
