Profile Description

I've been with working from home since 2010 and have worked on different projects in different fields such as Appointment Setting, Customer Service, Technical Support and Quality Assurance. I started on an entry-level position and worked my way up. I currently provide escalation assistance for Softphones, CRMs, Active Directory, Office 365, Remote Desktop (to name a few) via Chat, Email and Phone. I work to ensure that service levels, deadlines and service guidelines are being achieved by team members. I am also in charge of implementation every time we migrate to another platform or software - I explore, test, research and build features according to customer satisfaction and ease of use of the team members then write knowledge base articles about the processes, common issues and fixes. Most of the time, I had very little supervision close to none, but I was still able to reach the deadline for each task I was given. I have an outstanding attendance record since 2010. I can work independently with little supervision and at the same time, uphold 100% the policies and procedures on the company.
