You must be a computer savvy. 2) Answered all incoming calls. 3) Address/acknowledge the customer's concern regarding their internet or other internet related issues. 4) Provide resolution onset of the call like walkthrough the customer to do basic troubleshooting steps, navigate the browsers, fixing the basic issues of their laptops/computers and do speed test as well. If in case we're not able to fix the problem within the call, we need to escalate the issue and send a scheduled field technician. Lastly, it is really a multi tasking job, since while talking and assisting the customers, we need to document everything all throughout the call.

I was employed as process server in the LGU (Local Government Unit). My tasks are to take down and record the minutes of the regular session, encode it by using Microsoft word, then print, make multiple copies and distribute it to the concerned public officials, employees and citizen.
