I delivery high competency of graphic design from content photo to short and long form videos, creative ideas and advertisement of small business.

College days started to do email management to where I developed email management skills until I applied it during my academic training as my personal experience. I have handled 20 to 50+ emails without left unread. Manage subscriptions from the different sites and categorize it from the most important to least.

I was responsible for managing 2 different small business accounts as social media manager. My responsibility includes the content creation, content scheduling, paid advertisement, editing short and long form videos, trend content researching. Social Media used were Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

Manage schedules from day to day basis without conflict delivering a smooth flow of activities.

I gained experience during my On-the-job Training as an office engineer. I input, verify, maintain accurate information of the company database and spreadsheet. I also done data entry job on my small business like inputting accurate list of orders, invoices, materials and others.

Delivering strong managerial skills for structured folders, naming and backing up important documents, important documents, managing digital files and ensuring easy access and secure file storage.

I have provided customer service through online directly to the client. Provide responses and invoices on the client's request and questions.
