Profile Description

I have basic accounting skills because I took up a business course in college, Bachelor of Science in Information Management. Together with this skill, I had basic computer applications with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Visual Basic) to help involving transaction related activities and topics. I also learned basic HTML & PHP during my senior years.
I also developed my English written and communication skills because my school has a very good practice of the English language and it's proficiency. We used to make essays and paragraph writings about things that we want to talk about just to widen our thinking. We express them in terms of writing and oral when we recite them in front of the whole class.
With my work at SMART, i was able to develop my people related skills or the customer relations because I get to deal with people's concerns every working day. I speak in front of business presentations and entertain all questions from clients and customers whenever required. Lastly, I was able to develop both my customer relations and sales negotiation skills through selling of the beverages by Coca-Cola.
