Profile Description

Working full time as level 1 technical support. Fulfilling request of customers with technical issues received through email. I am also the POC and acting as SME for the team, assisting them on more complex issues, and sharing off best practices. I have an experience with SQL database queries and JIRA ticketing system. I am also training the new trainees on the business processes and fulfilling requests.
I have a previous experience with call center arrangement with Health Insurance assisting with client eligibility, benefits and claims. I also did some financial closing and review for events of pharmaceutical companies, consisting of computation and pre-audit of budget plan and actual cost of event.
