Previously, I worked as a call center agent for about 1 year and 4 months. My duties and responbilities is assist the customer and resolved the the main cause of the porblem of the customer. I really love my job since then because I want to enhance my communication skills and
become more comfortable in a team-oriented environment. I'm looking to further develop my customer service and problem-solving skills as a Customer Service Representaive. I'm interested in your company specifically as the employees have a great reputation for delivering first-in-class customer service while maintaining a lively and dynamic environment. Outside of work, I love camping and cooking with my family and friends. While I genuinely enjoy these activities, they also help me refine my professional skills.
