I am a detail-oriented Construction Virtual Assistant, Document Controller, and Project Coordinator with over 9+ years of experience across sales, administrative, and construction industries.

Before transitioning into construction, I gained valuable experience in both sales and administrative/HR roles. I worked as an Account Development Specialist in a distribution company for one year, where I was responsible for marketing products, increasing sales, and building strong client relationships. I also worked as an Administrative Assistant / Corporate Secretary / Human Resource Staff in a travel agency for one year, where I handled business permit processing, staff recruitment, processing of mandatory government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, etc.), and other HR and administrative functions. These roles strengthened my skills in organization, coordination, documentation, and compliance.

I then moved into the construction industry, where I have supported large-scale infrastructure and development projects, including the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) and hotel and residential developments. In these roles, I handled critical documentation, reporting, and coordination between site teams and head office. I understand how important accuracy, organization, and timely communication are in keeping projects on track.
