Profile Description

I am a college graduate and a product of a prestigious school in our country, Silliman University. I took up Bachelor of Science in Nursing and finished as a full academic scholar. I was able to practice my profession, I am trained as medical transcriptionist and worked for Veros Healthcare Provider for about six months. As a transcriptionist, i was able to finish 9-10 files/hour depending on the length of the file. Aside from being computer literate individual, I am also a registered nurse which gave an edge especially in dealing with medical terminologies. With a typing speed of 43-45wpm, I considered myself good in this field. After a year, I worked as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in one of the prestigious CS company,Qualfon. The company catered different accounts from different wireless service company in the USA and straighttalk wireless is one of them. As a CSR, i handle many calls in a day and dealing with different kinds of people from different races. answering questions, giving information,check accounts, trouble shooting phone problems, coordinating another departments and documenting each transactions are my tasks as an agent. But with patience,dedication,good communication skills and english/grammar literate, I performed my job better.
