As a technical support representative, I have honed my skills in computer hardware troubleshooting and basic operating systems troubleshooting.
Computer hardware troubleshooting includes tear down of computer, removing/re-seating of internal computer parts and checking for part functionality. While basic operating system troubleshooting includes re-installation of the whole operating system, re-installation of the different drivers needed by the computer, changing the settings and configuration of internet browser and assisting customers in setting their login profiles.
As a Team Leader/Manager,
I learned to find ways to motivate my team to be productive everyday, to address my agents' areas for improvement and to re-enforce their positive behavior in the work place. I also managed to adapt myself in the different approaches in coaching an agent. As a Team Manager, we have to make sure that our agents hit their individual target, so as a team, we'll hit the targets given by our clients.
