Profile Description

I am a remote Legal Administrator / Legal Operations Specialist with over 4 years of experience supporting UK law firms and legal teams with due diligence, legal administration, document review, compliance checks, and transaction support.

My work includes preparing due diligence reports, reviewing legal and commercial documents, identifying missing or inconsistent information, drafting further enquiries, managing client files, coordinating signing documents, assisting with AML/KYC checks, and keeping case management records accurate and up to date.

I have experience working on business and asset purchases, share purchases, dental and healthcare transactions, property-related searches, completion documents, and client onboarding. I am used to working with formal legal documents, following internal checklists and SOPs, and producing clear written updates for lawyers, clients, and internal teams.

I am highly detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. I can manage documents from data rooms, track outstanding items, communicate professionally, and escalate issues when legal input or clarification is required.

I am also comfortable using legal technology, AI tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, DocuSign, Dropbox Sign, First AML, SafeLink, PracticeEvolve, LEAP and other case management or document management systems.

I am looking for a full-time remote role where I can support legal operations, paralegal work, compliance processes, document review, client coordination, or administrative legal support for international legal teams.
