Ihave worked in a call center for almost two years. One requirement for this job is to have exceptional English communications skills both in oral and writing. Computer skills are average which includes typing skills of approx. 40 wpm. Some of the accounts I've worked for in call centers are eBay, Chase, Hewlett-Packard printers and ISP in the US. Which means I have
a bit of a technical knowledge in computers and its operation and softwares.
I have basic knowledge in C++ as it was taught in the university. Working in eBay and Chase trained me data entry skills, sales, and provided me ample experience in customer service.
I also worked as an online english teacher for Korean students.
I was also an essay writer back in high school. =)
