I have 11 years of working experience from the I.T. and Call Center industry, 5 years from the latter and 6 years for the former. In the Call Center industry, I started off as an agent and worked my way up to the QA post, Team Leader and QA supervisor post.
I'm very comfortable at working with computers and dealing with customers. I am conscientious in my personal and professional life. I take pride in my work and derive considerable satisfaction from a job well done. I have learned to adapt to different type of customers and I cope well with high-stress situations and can manage a variety of projects simultaneously
