I have been in the BPO industry for more than 10 years and my job post has been a mixture of Customer Service and Technical Support for Internet Service Providers. The most recent job that I had was a remote job for more than 2 years. I started as Customer Service Representative and moved up as Fraud Specialist and Dropship Processor
Over the years I have developed impeccable phone manners and an ability to calm agitated or distressed customers. I am accustomed to working in a competitive setting and have practiced myself to multitask to cater all tasks at hand in a timely manner.
