My social media management experience began in college, where I organized and scheduled content for student organizations I led and participated in, ensuring consistent communication. I supported basic content planning and monitored engagement metrics to assess performance. I’ve also used Meta Business Suite to manage my small business and personal accounts, scheduling posts and reviewing insights to understand reach and engagement.

I’m currently in the learning and experimentation phase of AI-assisted automation, building small practice workflows to better understand how marketing and operational systems connect. I’ve been exploring automations like Google Form data routing, basic chatbot response flows, scheduled content posting, and simple email-to-task setups using tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zapier, and Meta Business Suite. While I haven’t implemented these for clients yet and only just for my small business, I’m intentionally developing hands-on familiarity with these tools to strengthen my ability to support structured, efficient workflows in a team setting.
