I am a well trained Virtual Assistant when it comes to lead generation. My task before with my previous job is that I am generating leads which I talk to homeowners and I ask them if they’ve thought about selling their house and if they not, I ask them if they know someone who is interested in selling their house or any other property that they might consider in selling. I can tell you that I am the best VA for this kind of job. I can get sellers as a lead even if they are not into selling within 60-90 days. Because I am giving them an option which will ask them if they have thought of selling in the next 1-2 year and if any by chance I can get them as a qualified leads. As long as they have motivations.
