With the trainings and seminars that i gained from working with BPO industry Im hoping that those will become useful. I have already undergone 3 trainings and seminars about CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL and understood how important it is in doing business, its not just giving good quality type of service but a PRO-ACTIVE quality of service. I also have undergone training about DSL connections which i gained when i was a technical support representative of AT&T.
