I have over 11 years of experience as a virtual assistant. I am quite developed in Excel since we have been trained at an early age. As a virtual assistant for affiliate marketers, research is part of the task. I have to research and spy on our competitors to see what landers, creatives and offers they're running. I had the chance to do quality assurance when I worked for two startup companies. The latest startup I worked with was still building the system for their business. I had to go around the system to find bugs and issues. I also had to communicate with the developers and explain to them what needs to be done. I have to make sure that the system runs smoothly and runs as intended. Also, I am also adept with adhoc tasks.
I have been blessed to have graduated from La Salle Academy. English was used as our medium of instruction. I've been trained since my primary years to speak and write in English.
I have written articles used for SEO purposes. Just recently, I have published articles in Shells.com knowledgebase. https://www.shells.com/l/en-US/tutorial/Accessing-your-Shell-using-Remote-Desktop-Connection https://www.shells.com/l/en-US/tutorial/How-do-I-change-my-theme-in-my-Shells-virtual-desktop-in-Linux-Mint
Updated: I had over 5 years of experience doing affiliate marketing. I had the chance to run ads in Facebook, Instagram and native advertising (Outbrain, Taboola, etc) Throughout my experience, I had the chance to do SEO. I had used SEO programs such as SeNuke, Magic Submitter. I also write articles for SEO purposes. Knowing that Google changes its algorithm for ranking sites frequently, I had to read articles about the new algorithm to match my articles to what Google wants. I have undergone series of tutorials from my employer in MPP (myprojectplans) where he had series of SEO tutorials. It was really helpful. Video marketing, article submissions, article marketing, social bookmarking, press releases, link building, link wheels, etc are part of the tutorials. I had the chance to use them and it was really effective.
I have over 5 years of experience doing advertising. I have experience with Facebook, Bing, Google, and Instagram. I am making HTML (safe and dirty page) landers, load it to Voluum/Kowboykit/Funnelflux and advertise it on Facebook, Instagram, Google,Bing (not much because it doesn't convert well) and other media buys (Popads, InMobi, etc).
I have 5 years experience in creating HTML sites and ripping sites for affiliate marketing. I create safe and dirty pages for products that we're going to advertise. Wordpress is really an amazing open source blog tool and publishing platform. I have created Wordpress from scratch. I have two themes here with me: Socrates and Genesis. It's really fun to explore in Wordpress. I have also used autoresponders specifically Aweber. I used the Aweber web form to attach in my employers squeeze page and redirected it to a video which you can watch automatically (it is set to autostart video). Hypertext Markup Language or HTML is needed in website creation, even the most basic ones. Even in posting articles, you can use this codes to bold letters, link a site, etc. I use Filezilla in doing FTP but I usually use the cpanel log in details if I upload files to the website.
I can do basic photo editing using Photoshop.
I have experience in testing a system and finding bugs and issues. I have to communicate with developers to resolve the problem.
I have a chance to work as a tech support and customer service agent when I worked for Shells.com. I was in-charged in billing, refund, and technical problems regarding their instance. I have written articles and added it in Shells.com knowledgebase. We used Zendesk to communicate with our clients.
