Profile Description

I help US real estate investors keep deals moving from first contact to closing. Most deals don't fall apart because of bad numbers. They fall apart because of missed followups, messy pipelines, and slow response. That is where I come in.
What I run:

• Lead intake, qualification, and seller followup that actually closes the loop

• Comping and deal analysis: ARV, repair estimates, and MAO across single family, rural, land, and manufactured homes

• Novation and assignment structuring, including exit comparison so you take the most profitable path

• Disposition strategy: cash buyer list building, skip tracing LLC owners, and multi channel buyer outreach

• Agent outreach for listing and commission driven novation deals

• CRM and pipeline management in REsimpli and GoHighLevel

Tools I work in daily: REsimpli, GoHighLevel, PropStream, DealMachine, Propelio, Zillow, and Redfin.

My focus is simple. No lead gets ignored, and no deal slips through the cracks. I have spent over three years in a US facing operations role and now run acquisitions and dispositions across multiple US markets including North Carolina, Texas, Kansas, Florida, and Virginia.
