I help small and growing businesses stay organized and run smoothly — handling the day-to-day admin and operations, and building the simple systems and tools (with AI) that take the busywork off your plate.

I have nearly 4 years supporting US companies in operations, intake, and executive support, where I was promoted for taking initiative and improving how the work got done. I'm reliable, detail-oriented, organized under high volume, and comfortable working US hours.

What makes me different: I don't just do tasks — I build the systems that remove them. I've built real tools for small businesses, including a café POS + inventory system and an inventory tracker that turns handwritten logbooks into clean Excel reports.
