held a managerial post in the construction business which entails me to give presentations regarding projection and status of the project. I have also been in sales which would honed me to become aggressive and determined to hit targets and metrics. As well as to effectively speak and communicate with clients,
peers, and subordinates. With this regard streamlining process and approach, combined with experience would set me apart from others.
With regard to making decisions without the presence of my boss, I have made a lot since being in the construction business entails me to be on site most of the time.
Decisions are made as problems occur and being able to make the results favorable, combined with properly documenting
