I help Shopify stores and small brands run smoother behind the scenes and stay visible online.
On the operations side, I track orders, follow up on fulfillment, coordinate with suppliers, and build simple systems that show an owner exactly where things stand. I've managed over 18,000 orders and supported more than $1.3M in store sales, catching blockers like shipping issues, missing VAT numbers, and size disputes before they turn into customer complaints.
