Hi there! I’m Rowena — an Invoicing Clerk with over 13 years of experience in a fast-paced retail industry. I’m skilled in invoice generation, data accuracy, managing accounts receivable, and resolving billing discrepancies efficiently. I also have strong experience in order management and account coordination. On average, I process around 40–50 invoices per week with a high level of accuracy in data entry.

I’m a certified bookkeeper with basic accounting knowledge and a good understanding of bookkeeping principles. I provide remote bookkeeping services and I’m proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel. I maintain accurate and organized financial records, follow up on outstanding payments, and make sure all collections are properly recorded and updated.

I have a full understanding of financial workflows such as handling purchase orders, sales and delivery receipts, billing statements, bank reconciliation, and payments. In addition, I’ve handled heavy email management and various admin tasks to support daily operations.

I’m familiar and comfortable working with tools like Trello, Asana, Slack, ---------- , Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom, and Google Meet. I’m optimistic, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve efficiency and keep tasks organized.
