I am an administrative support professional with over 3 years of hands-on experience in retail, logistics, and hospitality industries. My background comes from real-world, on-site roles where I handled daily reports, scheduling, inventory tracking, and customer communication in fast-paced environments.

I am now transitioning my experience into remote work, bringing the same level of organization, reliability, and attention to detail into a virtual setting. I have experience supporting operations, assisting with HR tasks such as payroll and employee records, and managing customer inquiries both in-person and through Facebook page management.

I have a working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and CapCut, and I am continuously learning new tools to adapt to remote workflows.
