Profile Description

The account that I was trained for in Concentrix was the HAPPYNESS account under Intuit QuickBooks Self-Employed(Voice Account). I am in the account till the present. Basically I am a Technical Support in that account. We do troubleshooting and explain customers how they use the ---------- is an accounting software wherein they use it to file their taxes. I have learned a lot of things on the production floor than on ---------- had helped me harness my ability to identify issues and resolve them on a timely manner. I have also learned the ability to multitask since our customers are always on a hurry because they are sole proprietors, they run business mostly by themselves. I am capable in having this position because I have learned to cope with the responsibilities in the workplace in my current job and I know that I will be able to function and work as I am expected to in this job.
