I am currently a freelance Artist. I am knowledgeable in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
I have 5 years experienced as a Graphic Artist specializing in recreating low resolution logo to make it a vector objects using Adobe Illustrator and removing background images using Photoshop. Most of our works are for ---------- keting materials such as business card, brochures, flyers, postcards, etc. And 3 years experience as an Illustrator creating customize and concept animal characters.
I am also knowledgeable in Tshirt Printing both Silkscreen and Digital. I've been doing Tshirt printing for 6 years now
I have a previous experience working in a BPO industry. I had been part of technical support for both Microsoft for windows and iOS software from Apple. I was assigned to assist customers that getting technical issues with their product. I know how to handle different types of customer and adjust with their communication style. These past experience has help me build the skills and knowledge I have in Customer Service. I always love to learn new things; this positive attitude I have would definitely be a great contribution in your company.
