Profile Description

I am currently a freelance Artist. I am knowledgeable in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
I have 5 years experienced as a Graphic Artist specializing in recreating low resolution logo to make it a vector objects using Adobe Illustrator and removing background images using Photoshop. Most of our works are for Upgrade to see actual infoketing materials such as business card, brochures, flyers, postcards, etc. And 3 years experience as an Illustrator creating customize and concept animal characters.
I am also knowledgeable in Tshirt Printing both Silkscreen and Digital. I've been doing Tshirt printing for 6 years now
I have a previous experience working in a BPO industry. I had been part of technical support for both Microsoft for windows and iOS software from Apple. I was assigned to assist customers that getting technical issues with their product. I know how to handle different types of customer and adjust with their communication style. These past experience has help me build the skills and knowledge I have in Customer Service. I always love to learn new things; this positive attitude I have would definitely be a great contribution in your company.
