Profile Description

My name is ---------- ---------- . I took Bachelor of Industrial Technology major in Computer Engineering. I started working 2006 as a call center agent handling Technical Accounts.  I've worked in the BPO industry for about 10 years as Customer Service, Technical Support/Sales Support and Collection Representative. I decided working from home last August of 2017.
I handled Sales for an Australian and US account. Basically, when I was working as an Outbound Sales representative for Australian account, we are not only to sell phones etc or offer re contract but we made sure that our customer is getting the best value out of their services with us. 
When I started working from home as a freelancer, I started to do cold calling for health insurance account in the US. I also worked as a General Virtual Assistant for a small company providing services for US clients. Then also did appointment setting and schedule job interview for US applicants. I also worked as a Virtual Telemarketer (cold calling) for a B2B campaign, calling companies/individuals within the company and ask permission to send them whitepaper or informative article for different clients of ours.
