After that, I found a great opportunity in the BPO industry, where I worked in technical support and sales for almost two years.
During my time there, I not only helped customers with their technical concerns but also guided them in finding the right solutions that fit their needs. I was later trusted to support a team of new hires, where I trained and coached them on technical skills, product knowledge, and even how to confidently pitch a sale. This experience helped me grow my leadership and communication skills, while also giving me a deeper understanding of both technology and customer service.
With my mix of IT knowledge, technical support experience, and sales background, I can easily adapt to different roles whether it’s solving technical issues, assisting customers, or helping a team grow. I enjoy learning new things, sharing what I know, and making sure people feel supported.
