Profile Description
I'm an eDiscovery Data Operations Specialist with 3+ years of experience managing the full data lifecycle in Relativity One — from ingestion and processing to review support, productions, and matter close-down.
I hold five Relativity certifications and have the Relativity Master Title, I have the RCA plus specialist certifications in Analytics, Data Management, Processing, and Review Management. I work comfortably with the technical side of eDiscovery — handling DAT file QC and modification in ReadySuite, running imaging jobs, building productions to court-ready specifications, and troubleshooting unexpected data outputs when things don't go as planned.
Day-to-day, I work across the entire operations stack: staging data, processing with Relativity's native tools and Import/Export, managing integration points between workspaces, and overseeing ARM archiving and workspace dispositions at matter close. I also support my team on complex tasks and communicate with project managers and clients on data handling questions.
Outside of eDiscovery, I have a background in digital marketing, Amazon PPC, eCommerce operations, and software QA — which gives me a broad technical base and a habit of thinking systematically about processes.
I'm currently expanding my skills into AI tools and workflows, and I'm open to roles where technology, operations, and problem-solving intersect.
