* Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) – invoicing, collections, and aging follow-ups to support healthy cash flow

* Handle Accounts Payable (AP) – vendor bills, payment scheduling, and expense management

* Perform Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records

* Maintain and update the General Ledger (GL) with clean and organized entries

* Prepare Monthly Financial Statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for management review

* Record and post Journal Entries and necessary adjustments

* Monitor and support Cash Flow Management for better financial planning and stability

* Provide Clean-up and Catch-up Bookkeeping for disorganized or overdue books

* Track, categorize, and analyze business expenses for better cost control

* Assist with Payroll recording and reconciliation

* Manage Client Billing and Progress Billing (ideal for construction and service-based businesses)

* Organize financial records for tax preparation and CPA coordination

* Generate AR/AP Aging Reports to monitor outstanding receivables and payables

* Use QuickBooks Online for efficient bookkeeping and reporting

* Identify discrepancies and resolve unreconciled transactions

* Provide custom financial reports and actionable insights for better decision-making
