With my past experience in a call center industry I was trained to be efficient in a BPO set-up. I was trained to transcribed actual Voice chat with some of our clients. I firmly believe that the training, the initiative and analytical skills I have would make it easy for me to adapt to new situations and challenges. Other work characteristics I consider as assets are my being an organization person and a team worker. As an individual, I consider myself as an avid listener, patient learner and honest.
