Profile Description

I have been in the BPO Industry since 2008 and accumulated a lot of experience in Outbound Cold Calling, Inside Sales Agent, Business Development Representative, Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Customer Service, Phone Banker, and Debt Collection Officer.

During this time, I have gained a lot of experience in sourcing for sales opportunities, maintaining a database for current customers and prospects, and performing product and service demonstrations. Thus I can effectively analyze the competitors’ products and services to help the company improve on their products. I can well maintain and expand the database of potential customers within the assigned region. In the course of exercising duties as an inside sales representative, I have learned to collaborate with other partners to form connections and close deals Additionally, I have acquired the necessary skills to perform this role effectively including written and verbal communication, listening, presentation, time-management, multitasking, and the ability to prioritize tasks. I have found that nothing satisfies me more than meeting new people, developing new relationships, solving problems, and contributing to the growth of businesses.

As stated in the summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me so that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient; I'll always be there at your back and call.

In any case, you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
