I previously worked as a Technical/Customer Service Representative for more than nine years. Three years of those are as Technical Supervisor where my main responsibility is to disseminate technical and procedural knowledge to the team and providing continuous coaching and mentoring to the agents. Initiate other efforts and create strategies to improve the technical skills of the 1st level agents in order to provide quality service to all customers. Working in a Web hosting company allows me to develop my technical skills and I have a strong background in customer service relationship. I also have a strong knowledge in Web hosting and domains, emails as my experience in Working as tech support in the largest web hosting company in the world. As for my skills I have better experience in: -- Basic Wordpress Theme customization using PHP, HTML and CSS-- Cpanel Hosting and Web Host Management-- FTP-- Email Hosting-- Basic MySQL Database-- Website Migration - transfer would include website files and database filesCurrently, i am doing some freelancing in Web Development for 9 months now.
