I have been a freelance contractor for almost a decade now and have worked with employers from the UK, US, and Australia. With previous work experience as an HR Officer in one of the leading car dealers in the Philippines, I was able to deal with and resolve people and management crises. I have 11 years of solid experience as a Virtual Assistant. I have worked with one of the leading Health and Wellness company in the UK who caters customers from all over the world.
I was promoted as Project Manager after working for them in less than 2 years. I did e-mail, chat and customer support, handled selection and recruitment, trained new hires, and managed social media sites of the company. I was also engaged in over-all planning of marketing and advertising strategies.
I do have great customer service skills. I work as a Text Chat Operator in UK based companies whereas clients expect the best customer service when asking for inquiries and resolving product issues.
