With several years of professional experience in workforce planning, staffing coordination, scheduling, reporting, and operational support, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your team.

I worked as a Resource Management Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers SDC (Manila) Limited, where I serve as a primary point of contact for coordinating staffing requirements for internal and external clients. My role includes managing staff bookings, maintaining work allocation systems, confirming resource availability, and supporting Australia-based Resourcing Managers with operational workflows and reporting activities.

Prior to this, I built a strong foundation in Workforce Management at Teleperformance Philippines, where I held multiple roles including WFM Scheduling Analyst, WFM Mission Control Analyst, Subject Matter Expert, and Technical Support Representative. These experiences allowed me to develop expertise in schedule planning, real-time monitoring, incident management, capacity planning, escalation handling, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain operational efficiency.

In addition to my professional experience, I possess strong organizational skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and experience in data tracking, report generation, and process documentation. My Bachelor of Arts in Communication from STI College – Fairview has also strengthened my communication, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
