I am a Hipaa certified and I've been an appointment setter in one of the US healthcare Insurance, where I'm calling member  and setting an schedule for the discussion of their benefits/eligibility in regards of their insurance. Digitizing and updating health history and medical records. Answer general patient inquiries. ...I also worked, as a Prior Authorization Specialist ,doing inbound and outbound calls from the patient/providers office and pharmacy, where I'm assisting them regarding their concerns in reference to an authorization for their pharmacy benefits. Assisting to check on the PA request Status , initiating Pa request and providing further information on their Prior Authorization. I am knowledgeable in Prior Authorization-  the Healthplan cost control process, Insurance verification and medical billing- members eligibility and coverage of their healthcare plan and appointment setting- organizes patient appointment schedules and coordinate to physician and patient availabilityMy attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy have enabled me to effectively mUpgrade to see actual infoge appointments, navigate insurance protocols, and facilitate seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
