Profile Description

I've been in a call center industry for almost 5 years. For the past several years i have worked in lead qualification, telemarketing and customer service in the technology industry. I am known for my quick response program, easily accessible and transparent. I do not apply or commit to projects that I am not familiar or confident on handling. I am also very straight forward with my transactions and will acknowledge if a campaign is something that i’m not confident in handling, to keep a good reputation in the VA world. One of my major strengths is my ability to work hard toward a goal. Being in the industry for 5 years, I understand the way of life of the customer. I helped many customers, some were calm and others weren't. However I found that with the hotheaded people it's best to just get them what they want as fast as you can. But if you can't do that then it's not the end of the world, all you can do is try your best. I attended to many customers and I never had any major problem. I think that I am good for the job because I am patient and willing to take the time to explain things to people and handle many types of problems that might come up along the way. I have the ability to stay focused in stressful situations Once i make decision to accomplish something, it gets done and done well. If you are interested, please let me know .
