Profile Description

I was a supervisor in a call center TELUS International Philippines. My main role as a supervisor was to monitor all team members, coach each team member to ensure that they hit their targets on a monthly basis, guide each team member on how to hit the tagets and/or maintain their current performance for performing team members and to motivate them to ensure that all team members will perform at best of their capabilities each time they report to work. I also submit reports using MS Office Excel, MS Office Word and make presentations using MS Office Powerpoint. for 2 years now, I have been taking pictures using my DSLR and I use Adobe Photoshop CS4 to edit my photos. I could say I have pretty good command of these programs and I still very much willing to learn more if needed. I can work well with or without supervision and I am looking for a long-term and stable job where I can still spend quality time with my family.
